Child and Vulnerable Participant Safeguarding
This policy sets standards for children and vulnerable participants, volunteer screening, supervision, consent, photography, reporting concerns and designated safeguarding contacts.
FLEXATHON is committed to providing a safe environment for all participants. Any student or child participation must follow school or parent-led supervision protocols. Screening and safety measures are enforced across all logistics.
